Can I sell items on PsychoAuction?
Yes you can and you are rewarded for it handsomely. You'll get half of the bids that are placed on your object directly into your bid account PLUS you'll get the fair value in bids of the object. For example, if you sell a camera with a value of 100 USD and and people place 250 bids on it, you'll get the 100 bids PLUS half of the 250 bids, which means in total you get 225 bids for it.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping within the US, UK and western Europe is free. For any other country we apply standard shipping rates, meaning we charge you the lowest possible shipping rate we can get from any shipping company.

When does the autobidder bid?
The autobidder bids between 0 and 10 seconds before the auction ends. If more than one person has placed an autobidder for an object, the person who has put in the autobidder last will most likely have his or her autobids placed first. This means the earlier you put in the autobidder for an object, the better for you.
Can I place autobids for auctions that have not started yet?
Yes you can. You can also add autobids on auctions that are currently running in pressing the autobid button in the menu bar on the top of the page.
An auction ended while there were still more than 2 autobids shortly before the end. How is this possible?
There are people who are playing deception tactics. The remove the autobidder shortly before the auction ends to deceive other people. If you want to win, you need to observe very carefully and you need to be quick.

In order to win an auction am I correct in thinking that if I place an autobid I would need to use more bids than what it says have already been posted. Example if it says 1 (20) then I would need to put up more than 20 otherwise my bids would be used up before the bids that have already been posted by someone else would therefore I could not possibly win?
That's right, if it says (20) you would most probably need more than 20 bids to win the auction, but it could be that the other person is just bluffing will remove the autobid if somebody puts in more autobids. People try to scare other people off in putting in high numbers. For a manual bid you'd need to wait until it says 0 (0), that's correct. But remember, it's always possible that people remove their autobid or add a new one. Some people are even playing in teams to deceive others. If you are in financial difficulties I encourage you to invite your friends and get free bids once they signed up and entered the verification code.
What are virgin auctions?
If you have never won anything, you are allowed to bid for virgin auctions. When you bid for a virgin auction, no bids are deducted from your account. So you can bid as much as you want for free. That way you can experiment wthout losing any bids. Once you have won your first auction, you'll no longer be able to bid for virgin auctions.
What means Gold, Silver and Bronze or Unlimited auction?
There needs to be protection for the small bidders to make sure everybody can win. That’s why we have introduced different categories. People can only win 2 gold auctions in 60 days, 3 silver or 8 bronze. So small people have a much better chance in winning them. Some auctions are unlimited, meaning even the people who have won many auctions can still bid.
